She enjoys helping organisations and individuals to reveal their purpose and explore their full potential as individual and as a team.

Over the past 20 years, she has worked as a Management Consultant, International HR Leader and Director for various organisations in the technical, IT, the energy and the public sector. Sonja thrives when she can work together to contribute, loves to work from freedom and with creativity.

Sonja holds Master’s degrees in Communication Science (MA/drs, University of Groningen), Executive (Team) Coaching (MSc and MEC, Ashridge London and VU Amsterdam) and is an Ashridge Accredited Coach and EMCC Certified Team Coach.

Moreover, she is a public speaker (e.g. WBECS and TEDx) and is known to give inspirational talks to a wide range of audiences, ranging from students to global conferences.

Gary Hays

Experienced, international HR professional with extensive expertise as a leader and line manager. Brings > 30 years of business expertise with Shell in R&D, business, strategy and global HR positions. After leaving Shell Gary worked as C-level consultant and senior manager for listed, profit and non profit organisations in The Netherlands and abroad. His focus is on strategic HR projects, change and talent management, multinational teams, executive coaching, organisational design and benchmarking. One of his specialities is the development and facilitation of corporate universities.

Dirk Verburg

Dirk is a management consultant and executive coach. He brings experience in the transformation of business strategies and strategic goals into concrete results by means of planned, structured and inclusive change management methods. He has a hands-on approach and is specialised in cultural change, project management, organisational counseling, executive and team coaching. Dirk has a Master in Sociology and an MBA from the University of Sheffield.
