UMEO Approach

The starting point is a full understanding of your (and your organisation’s) questions, after which we will define an action plan. We can use diagnostic methods and data that are already available or make a choice from  a series of instruments which can help us learn more about motivational factors, competences, career development, personal growth, group dynamics, organisational design and | or organisational culture and dilemmas.

We believe the interaction between leadership and HR is a key success factor for the implementation of change and embedding of possible interventions. UMEO is specialised in making the right match between organisations and consultants, who are able to provide business leaders with deep insight into themselves, their potential, scope and pitfalls. The ability to explore new ideas and networks beyond the existing context within the organisation is guaranteed to deliver individual and organisational transformation, effectiveness and success.

Marjon Margés

“One of my sources of inspiration is the Russian sculptor and painter Ossip Zadkine (1888-1967). Throughout his life he mastered the combination of many different influences into his own clearly identifiable style of figures and abstract elements in his work. And the beauty is that despite all the external influences, Zadkine remained authentic through his constant respect for the raw materials of his art. For me, his sculptures and paintings symbolise individuality, talent, power and growth. These are the pillars for UMEO’s brand and style.”
